Gradually cultivate innovative entities, select 20 key enterprises, and concentrate policies and resources to create a group of industrial chain "chain owners" enterprises. 30 enterprises will be included in the high-tech cultivation database, 1 enterprise will be listed as a key cultivation target for technology leading enterprises, 2 enterprises will be cultivated and established as international cooperation demonstration bases, 4 enterprises will be organized to apply for national level specialized, refined, and new "little giants", 5 "leader" enterprises will be cultivated, and 5 and 10 enterprises will be included in the "gold seed" and "silver seed" cultivation databases for enterprise listing, forming a new pattern of gradient cultivation of innovation entities.
Botou fully implements preferential policies such as income tax incentives and additional deductions for high-tech enterprises. In 2021, Botou Finance invested 21.82 million yuan in science and technology.
